  • Orchestra is seeking an Account Supervisor, Financial and Corporate Communications to support and help grow a dynamic portfolio of financial clients.
  • This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage day-to-day client communications programs, support high-level strategy and drive impactful media relations campaigns across the financial sector.

Requirements

  • Support and execute integrated communications programs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for earned, owned, paid and social channels
  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead, helping manage financial communications accounts and ensuring work is delivered strategically, on time and with excellence
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships across financial, business and trade press as well as emerging and new media
  • Lead media strategy development and execution, including proactive storytelling, executive visibility, thought leadership, and crisis and risk management support
  • Oversee account workflows and team operations, ensuring projects move efficiently
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering collaboration, professional development and a positive team culture grounded in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for organic client growth and support new business initiatives and pitches
  • Stay informed on financial services, private equity, hedge funds, insurers, family offices, investor relations and broader industry trends to help shape strategic recommendations for clients
  • Analyze campaign performance and media results, helping identify insights and optimize communications strategies based on client objectives
  • Contribute strong strategic thinking, writing and communications counsel across client programs, executive communications and media engagement efforts

Skills

  • Experience managing account teams and mentoring junior staff while fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to spot industry trends and anticipate client needs
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines
  • Understanding of integrated communications strategies and familiarity with digital, social and paid media approaches
  • Interest in and curiosity for financial communications and staying current on market, media and industry developments
  • Existing contacts and relationships in the industry

Compensation

  • $85,000-$115,000
