The Arcadis Toronto office is looking for an Associate Principal to join our Healthcare team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and development of healthcare facilities along with engaging clients and teams delivering creative solutions.
This position provides an opportunity to work with collaborative teams throughout various project stages delivering innovative healthcare solutions for our clients.

Interface regularly with architectural and engineering leaders across the region to maintain industry relationships and visibility of current and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics.

Experience managing and mentoring a team of architects, technologists and designers.

Be the Architectural project leader for the design and delivery of a wide range of healthcare projects through to successful completion while supporting growth objectives of the healthcare practice.
You will collaborate with a highly qualified team of healthcare architects, medical planners and interior designers working on a variety of healthcare projects in Ontario, as well as across Canada and internationally.
Candidates should be experienced in all phases of healthcare planning and design and looking to accept a leadership role.
