Perform building repairs (walls, floors, windows, doors, light carpentry).
Maintain clean, safe work areas
Support facility upkeep: painting, cleaning, waste handling, equipment moves, inventory.
Assist mechanics/contractors and document maintenance work.
Maintain clean, safe work areas; follow OHSA, ISO9001, GMP, and EH&S standards.

Experience with machining, welding, or shop tools.
Knowledge of water treatment chemicals or chemical handling.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
