This is a hybrid role based in Fond du Lac, WI, requiring three days per week in the office.

This role brings Mercury's brand to life in retail environments by leading visual direction, merchandising strategy, promotional execution, and day-to-day marketing support for retailers.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Display & Presentation, or related field
3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or similar field

Serve as the DRI for retail visual identity, and merchandising execution across all retailer touchpoints.
Define, track, and report on KPIs and ROI for retail marketing programs, merchandising initiatives, and promotional activations.
