Responsibilities
- We operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.
- Coordinate and manage department flow of short-term and ongoing department schedules; monitor ERP system.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, safe and secure work area at all times and follow all established safety and quality control procedures.
- Support a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work-related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but not required.
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required.
Compensation
- Base rate: $25.00 per hour
