About the role

Studio Three is searching for an inspiring and creative Studio Manager to join our incredible Miami team.
The Studio Manager will also act as a club ambassador to provide each and every member a first-class experience.
Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure the proper operations of the club.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform.
Partnering with leadership to support lead generation & drive membership growth.
Collaborating with leadership, assistant studio manager, and talent leads to oversee the first timer & new member onboarding process.
Analyzing, developing and maintaining systems/procedures to improve operating efficiency and reduce wasteful expenditures.
Managing vendor partners and seeing projects through to completion.
Clearly communicating strategy & cascading information, with the goal of building a fiercely loyal & cohesive studio team.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Management experience leading 15+ team members.
Must have a current CPR Certification
Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries.
Experience in financial management and proven ability to drive revenue.
Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.

Compensation

Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reporting on performance through regular variance statements.
