About the role

The Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) & AA Leadership Instructor/SME provides expert classroom and practical instruction in Air Advisor tactics, mission operations, and leadership competencies for USAF and partner personnel.
The SME shapes coursework, delivers scenario-based and technical lessons, evaluates students, and keeps the curriculum current with evolving operational best practices.
This role is critical to equipping Air Advisors with the knowledge and confidence to engage and lead in complex mission environments worldwide

Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective area's instruction.
Develop, update, revise, and deliver their respective area's curriculum and courseware within USAF EOS-established policy.
Maintain satisfactory or above on Government administered instructor evaluations.
To perform this job successfully, the incumbents will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.
