Responsibilities
- 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Execute day-to-day compliance activities, draft document revisions, and track conformance to standards so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Plan, schedule, and support internal and external audits end-to-end by preparing the documents, coordinating stakeholders, and following findings through to resolution.
- Identify and document quality issues, recommend practical solutions, verify they have been implemented, and ensure any nonconforming work is carefully reviewed and approved before moving forward.
- Support and maintain our NQMS systems (like NPX's QA App), keep records up to date, help users navigate the tools, and coordinate updates to QA manuals for clients.
- Deliver and coordinate QA training, keep materials current, and track completion to make sure everyone understands expectations.
- Help create an environment where people feel comfortable raising concerns, flagging risks early, and reinforce a strong nuclear safety mindset in day-to-day work.
- Leverage technology solutions to further improve our support.
- Help expand our Nuclear QA as a service offering and deliver effective and efficient results to bring value to our customers.
- Technical Depth: You are familiar with CSA N299, CSA N286, and the Canadian nuclear regulatory framework. Experience or training in auditing, lead auditing, project management, root cause analysis, and technical writing, are strong assets.
Requirements
- Occasional travel to client site in Bruce County as required by client needs.
- You have supported audits, helped close findings, and improved processes-whether in nuclear or other QA environments.
