Responsibilities
- This is an opportunity to own and scale an omni-channel distribution network, lead through strong external partnerships, and build best-in-class fulfillment capabilities that support Bombas' continued growth across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail.
- Extensive experience governing 3PL partners at scale, including provider selection, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI design, performance management, escalation handling, and long-term relationship leadership.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment operations, with the ability to translate first-hand operating experience into effective standards and accountability across external partners.
- Executive-level leadership experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing operations teams, including recruiting top talent and developing future leaders.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of omni-channel fulfillment complexity, supporting e-commerce, wholesale, and retail from shared or distributed inventory pools.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP integrations, and operational reporting, with comfort driving adoption and process discipline across internal teams and external partners.

- What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of progressive distribution and supply chain leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience both operating company-owned distribution centers and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, with a deep understanding of what "great" looks like on the warehouse floor.
- Proven success leading on-site warehouse operations, including labor models, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, peak planning, and daily execution - not solely vendor oversight.
