About the role

  • The company launched in 2013, after the founders learned that socks are the #1 most requested clothing item at homeless shelters.
  • From there, they set out to solve that problem, donating a pair of socks for every pair they sell.
  • You make the most comfortable socks in the history of feet.

Responsibilities

  • This is an opportunity to own and scale an omni-channel distribution network, lead through strong external partnerships, and build best-in-class fulfillment capabilities that support Bombas' continued growth across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail.
  • Extensive experience governing 3PL partners at scale, including provider selection, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI design, performance management, escalation handling, and long-term relationship leadership.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment operations, with the ability to translate first-hand operating experience into effective standards and accountability across external partners.
  • Executive-level leadership experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing operations teams, including recruiting top talent and developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • Different perspectives strengthen our ability to make the most comfortable versions of the products people wear closest to their bodies every day and to serve the communities where we all work and live.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel fulfillment complexity, supporting e-commerce, wholesale, and retail from shared or distributed inventory pools.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP integrations, and operational reporting, with comfort driving adoption and process discipline across internal teams and external partners.

Compensation

  • We offer competitive compensation, employer paid health, medical and dental benefits, 401k with match, paid parental leave, snacks, socks and a fun, relaxed office environment.
