Complete daily rounds to support quality care.
Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.
Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.
Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.

Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.

Basic Qualifications & Experience**

Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
That's a bonus we'd love to see on your resume!
1+ year of long-term care facility experience-bonus points if you've got it!
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and infectious diseases
