Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical application support for complex and custom product applications.
- Develop solutions for unique or special applications, including detailed design input, submittals, drawings, and special pricing recommendations.
- Manage and influence growth for intake targets for assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives within the team that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead team or cross-functional initiatives and projects with minimal supervision.
- Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales team on execution of product marketing toos and demonstrations including development of messaging, content updates, and experience improvement.
Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 6-9 years of relevant work experience required.
- Travel is required 10-25% of time
Compensation
- Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
