Responsibilities
- Create and post consistent content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Maintain a structured content calendar across all brands
- Track basic engagement metrics and identify content that performs well
- Content Creation, Promotions & Marketing Support
- Design simple marketing graphics including hiring ads, project highlights, service promotions, and announcements
- Collaborate with our videographer to produce short-form video content such as project highlights, employee spotlights, service tips, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Support both larger promotional campaigns and smaller weekly marketing initiatives
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand presentation
- Ability to organize and maintain a content calendar
Nice to have
- Photography or video editing experience
- Experience managing social media for a business or organization
- Knowledge of construction, trades, or local Idaho industries
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics or marketing metrics

- We are seeking an in-house Social Media & Marketing Specialist (part-time up to full-time) to help manage and grow the online presence of our brands.
- This role blends social media strategy, content creation, posting, and graphic design.
- This position will work closely with leadership and collaborate with our videographer to create engaging, authentic content that highlights our projects, people, and community.
- To support our local brands by creating and managing engaging marketing content that keeps our companies visible, professional, and top of mind within our community.

- Core Purpose
- This includes planning and posting social media content, designing simple graphics, highlighting projects and jobsite work, promoting hiring and seasonal campaigns, collaborating on video content, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple companies.
- Social Media Management
- Post updates and project highlights to Google Business Profiles for each company
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms and escalate questions to management when needed
- Monitor local community pages where people request services and engage appropriately when opportunities arise
- Capture or request jobsite photos and videos to showcase active projects, craftsmanship, and team work
- Write captions and posts that reflect the voice and professionalism of our brands
- Help plan and promote seasonal campaigns, hiring initiatives, and community giveaways
- Promote community involvement such as Trunk or Treat, Ammon Days, the Home & Garden Show, and other local sponsorships and community events
- Share content highlighting employee milestones, team culture, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Assist leadership with marketing materials including flyers, brochures, simple digital ads, website photo updates, and promotional graphics
