About the role
- Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), this role will be instrumental in establishing and managing a sterile compounding facility in Florida, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- This position is located on-site at our facility in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the build-out, launch, and scale of our pharmacy from ground zero, contributing to its success and growth.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and work areas, to uphold cleanliness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to comply with pharmacy regulations and SOPs
Nice to have
- Non-sterile compounding experience
- Familiarity with FDA, USP, or Board of Pharmacy standards
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
- Pharmacy warehouse setting
- Exposure to refrigerated and controlled room temperature areas
- Moderate noise level typical of warehouse operations
- High level of regulatory oversight and documentation requirement s
- Experience with Pharmacy Management Systems (Pharmetika a plus)
Compensation
