- Application & Appeals Assistance: Assist clients throughout the Social Security Disability claims and appeals process, ensuring applications and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and positioned for success.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Partner closely with case managers, legal support staff, and fellow attorneys to deliver exceptional client service and achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully digital environment.
- Experience using Mac computers, Google Workspace, Slack, cloud-based software, video conferencing platforms, AI-assisted legal tools, or similar technology is highly valued.
Nice to have
- Experience representing clients in hearings or other legal proceedings.
- Familiarity with digital case management systems.
- West Coast candidates preferred.
- Federal-level claims experience is a plus.
Skills
- Ability to prepare persuasive legal arguments, effectively represent clients during hearings, and confidently advocate on behalf of clients.
- Medical Evidence: Ability to review, interpret, and analyze medical records.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial and can be developed through training.
- Client Advocacy: Demonstrated commitment to serving clients with empathy, professionalism, and compassion.
- Communication
