- Sika is looking for an experienced Blend Operator to join its growing team in Lancaster, TX.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety policies and industrial housekeeping standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks of raw and packaging materials to support production schedules.
- Document mixing processes accurately, including order of addition, mixing times, and set points.
- Perform line changeovers and basic-to-moderate equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to develop operational expertise and assist in troubleshooting processes.
Requirements
- Must be capable of wearing a respirator when required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or an industrial production environment.
- English reading, writing, and communication skills required for safety and quality documentation.
