About the role

Company Overview ICON Creative Studio is Canada's largest independently owned animation entertainment company, located in the historic Gastown district of Vancouver, BC.

Collaborate with department Supervisors and the Producer to build and manage detailed production schedules.
Maintain up-to-date project tracking systems, updating statuses for episodes, shots, and milestones in Shotgrid.

3-5+ years of experience in a production management or coordinator role, ideally within animation, VFX, or a similar creative pipeline.
Strong knowledge of production tracking tools (Shotgrid/Shotgun, Flow, or similar).
Exceptional scheduling and time-management abilities
able to juggle multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
Clear communicator - confident working across departments and keeping teams informed.
Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Comfortable giving direction, taking initiative, and supporting production goals from a high level down to the day-to-day.
The wage range for this role reflects compensation across all of ICON's projects. The final salary will be determined based on the specific position, the current show assignment, and the applicant's experience and portfolio. This range accounts for varying levels of experience and responsibilities.
