Responsibilities
- Lead product execution from discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with hardware, firmware, data science, software, operations, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to validate direction and measure impact.
- You'll drive end-to-end product execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create real-world impact.
- Build products that meaningfully support growers and global food systems.
- Collaborate with an innovative, mission-driven team.
Requirements
- Agronomy background or 2+ years in AgTech.
- 5+ years in product management and 3+ years in fast-growing startups.
- Experience in commercial or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
