Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment automation, and production operations.
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB, or equivalent experience with comparable technologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

- Contribute to strategic product feature development and shared platform components.
- Help guide architectural decisions across application, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and developer productivity domains.
- Improve deployment workflows, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and production operations.
- Thoughtfully adopt and mature AI-enabled engineering tools such as Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms.
- Improve quality, speed, documentation, code review, and delivery through responsible AI-assisted development workflows.
- Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
- Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
- Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Compensation
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.
