Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring leaders, and candidates to schedule interviews.
- Under direction of the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Assistant performs a variety of duties in support of a dynamic, national team of HR professionals dedicated to the firm's staff and attorneys.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in legal or professional services environment strongly preferred.
Skills
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- A positive attitude with a can-do work ethic.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with varying levels inside and outside the firm.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
