Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with general labor repairs including framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, installing deck stairs and railings, replacing deck boards, nail pop repairs, etc.
  • Willingness to assume responsibility, identify problems, take independent action, and request (or offer) assistance where required.

  • Ability to use emails and calendar effectively.
  • Hand-Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using own hand-tools.
  • Construction Knowledge: An understanding of the Construction Performance Guide for New Home Warranty in Alberta.
