About the role

  • Assist branch leadership with the overall supervision and workflow of the building with the end goal of accuracy of inventory, on-time order processing and accurate delivery of product to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage the daily labor needs and identify areas of efficiency within staffing and/or work volume. Redirect resources as necessary around the building to meet the needs of the customer.

Requirements

  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with and knowledge of WMS
  • Experience in managing workflow of large operations.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills

  • Experience in conveyor and/or other automated distribution/warehousing technologies.
  • The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Compensation

  • $73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
  • The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
  • This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
  • Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
