About the role

This role sits within our Corporate Human Capital team, which is responsible for shaping ICONIQ's people strategy, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness globally.
Strong candidates demonstrate both authenticity and leverage, using AI to elevate their work while maintaining clear ownership.

Partner with Human Capital leadership to support and execute key strategic initiatives across compensation and people operations
Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Identify and drive improvements to Human Capital processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
Build models, dashboards, and reporting tools to inform decision-making and improve transparency
Collaborate with stakeholders across offices and time zones to ensure alignment and high-quality execution
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
This role partners across Human Capital and business teams to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational infrastructure.

4+ years of experience in Human Capital, operations, project management, or process improvement
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with data analysis and reporting

Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000.00-120,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
