- Then we invite you to join our Licensing Team here at Hot Topic as a Licensing Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines
- Our Licensing Coordinators will work alongside our Licensing Specialist and support the Hot Topic Licensing team.
- This role offers administrative support to the in-house licensing team as well as communicates and follows up with internal teams and external licensing partners.
Requirements
- Must have strong attention to detail for compliance and audit purposes
- Proven communication skills
- must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms
- Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
- Regularly required to sit, stand
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
- Licensing understanding a plus
