About the role

This role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills.

This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and wrangling to data engineering, to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics.
This individual will support organizational and mission goals within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used in operational and strategic decision-making.
Support business development (such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers), internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

Ability to Obtain Public Trust
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
US Citizenship is required
A Bachelor's Degree is required
Design and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using Power BI

Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with PowerApps
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (such as Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure, or Google).
Experience performing analytics and data transformation using Python and R.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools for data integration.
Experience with budget, financial management, and workload modeling.
Ability to gather requirements and present to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills.
