About the role
- This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient movement of materials while maintaining proper documentation and supporting operational effectiveness within the Marketing function.
- This role is working onsite at Gentex in Zeeland, MI.
Responsibilities
- Manage Marketing warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and records.
- Maintain Marketing assets, including trade show displays, presentation and demo equipment, and other materials.
- Review logistics documents for accuracy, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Maintain supplier, carrier, and freight forwarder databases and basic performance tracking.
- Support root-cause analysis and process improvements for recurring logistics issues.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Logistics, and other teams to support shipment flow.
- Support special projects such as expedited shipments, packaging studies, and carrier audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 + years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or databases.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
