About the role

  • Work Environment - Primarily office-based. - Occasional work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments with temperatures as low as -5°F.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, track, and maintain operational metrics including shorts, mispicks, dump/damage, service levels, overtime, trailer temperature logs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, charts, and databases for management review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three years of clerical experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business software.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations.
  • Knowledge of the local geographic delivery area.
  • Experience with systems such as SAE, Truck Builder, Red Prairie, Kronos, RoadNet, XATA, ShopFax, Tandem, PowerDock, Checkpoint, Omnitracs, Airclic, equipment inventories, and warranties.
  • The expected base rate for this role is between $18.63 and $31.04 per hour.
