About the role
- We guarantee that we will provide you with both private pay and insurance-based client referrals (as many as you would like based on your financial goals).
- Licensed therapists with 2-years of clinical experience can opt to provide supervision to our unlicensed therapists.
- We are excited to offer our monthly team events (training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc)!
Responsibilities
- We value our clinicians and their own professional goals.
- Our clinicians set their own hours/caseload.
- Clinicians also can opt for in-person sessions at our beautiful offices, or work from the comfort of their own homes. (Whatever works best for you)!
- Meridian offers the opportunity to participate in monthly consultations with our clinical team. (Our clinicians are awesome and always willing to support each other in professional growth).

Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar.
- Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or similar.
- Must be able to obtain credentialing to work with insurance panels.
Nice to have
- CBT, DBT, ACT or EMDR Training preferred Compensation Compensation ranges from $65 to $120 per hour based on licensure.
- All providers are compensated for their admin time.
