Coordinates with Production leadership to develop and execute production schedules that support on-time customer delivery.
Ensures accurate job sequencing to optimize efficiency and minimize lead times.
Maintains accurate production schedules and planning data within the ERP/MRP system.
Assists in estimating manufacturing times for assemblies and supports continuous improvement efforts to improve production flow and reduce cycle times.
Promotes standardized planning processes and supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the department.
Trains, coaches, and develops planning team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and the ability to develop into higher levels of leadership within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; exposure to S&OP processes or planning systems is preferred but not required.
