Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project management of large-scale customer deployments, from kickoff, successful go-live, and beyond
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering, solutions, and product, to deliver on complex customer requirements
  • Lead regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have:

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, engagement management, or a related field in technical SaaS environments
  • Experience working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and impact
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset

Skills

  • Merge's enterprise-grade platform handles the entire integration lifecycle, from authentication and security to monitoring and maintenance.

Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications.
  • In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package
  • Annual company offsites and quarterly team events. Past locations have included: Nashville, Sonoma, and the Hudson Valley
