About the role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Inspection and Testing Conduct thorough inspections of metal castings to verify dimensions, surface finish, and overall quality against specifications.
Prepare detailed reports highlighting quality trends, non-conformities, and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results to support quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop effective solutions.
Assist in developing and refining quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Support internal and external audits related to quality control procedures and documentation.

Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and other conditions.

Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
