About the role

Reporting to Production Leadership, you will ensure your department remains on schedule and on budget while driving day-to-day execution, monitoring milestones, and maintaining alignment across creative, technical, and production teams.
This role requires a highly organised communicator who can guide artists toward successful delivery while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Supervise production processes, schedules, reporting, reviews, and cross-department coordination for assigned department.

Build and maintain detailed floor schedules, assigning tasks in collaboration with Craft Supervisors, Leads, and Coordinators.
Coordinate and support review sessions, including scheduling, preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.
Manage Production Coordinators and Assistants, providing guidance and oversight.
Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication at all times.

Previous experience as a Production Supervisor within the feature animation industry and/or at least 3+ years as a Production Coordinator on CG feature films or related experience.
Extensive knowledge of the 3D animation pipeline from assets through lighting and compositing.
Experience working on large production teams with the ability to operate independently.
Ability to analyse production data, identify trends, and forecast performance.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
Ensure artists have the information, resources, and support required to meet deadlines.

Proficiency with asset and shot tracking software (Autodesk Flow Production Tracking strongly preferred).
Experienced in Google Suite (preferred) and/or Microsoft Office.

Advanced scheduling, tracking, and reporting skills.
Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
