About the role
- The Associate Director is a strategic leader on the US Mainline Franchise Team.
- This position reports to the Head of Mainline Franchise and is accountable for leading brand strategy, owning cross-franchise initiatives, and driving high-impact marketing programs across the Mainline portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies across the Mainline franchise portfolio, driving strategic direction through data-driven insights and market intelligence
- Own cross-franchise initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment and accountability across brands
- Lead franchise planning processes, owning the development of strategic roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities and the Sanofi "Play to Win" ambition
- Own P&L management and financial accountability for the franchise, driving data-informed decisions to optimize investment and business performance
- Serve as the primary Sanofi lead and strategic owner for marketing strategy and execution within the joint venture partnership
- Lead the relationship between Sanofi and joint venture partners, directing collaborative efforts and driving outcomes against shared commercial objectives
- Own the precision marketing strategy, directing the application of analytics, segmentation, and targeting approaches to maximize ROI and customer engagement
- Lead segmentation analysis to identify and act on financial opportunities, directing channel deployment and execution decisions
- Ensure customer insights are embedded across the full experience journey to drive relevant, personalized engagement
- Develop and apply a deep understanding of customer drivers, barriers, and behaviors to lead behavior change activation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to have
- Master's Degree (MBA or related field)
- 4 or more years of vaccine marketing experience
- 2 or more years in a vaccine customer-facing role
- Advanced expertise in precision marketing, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI
- Proven financial management skills, including P&L ownership, budget accountability, and investment optimization
- Advanced proficiency with digital tools, analytics platforms, and marketing technology
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple brands or cross-brand strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced expertise in precision marketing, customer analytics, or marketing automation platforms, with proven ability to translate insights into strategic action
Compensation
- $148,500.00 - $214,500.00
- All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
- Lead the development of annual strategic integrated marketing plans aligned to strategic imperatives and business goals
