About the role
- Our client, Latin America's first AI unicorn, backed by Founders Fund and Sequoia, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for its first U.S. attorney, a Litigation Strategist.
- The company is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing U.S. legal team.
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, in or near San Mateo County.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting California civil litigation.
- Experience with litigation case management, calendaring, court filings, hearing preparation, and case documentation.
- Familiarity with California state court procedures
- experience with the San Mateo County Superior Court and small claims proceedings is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- is targeted at a base salary range of $130,000-$170,000, plus a bonus on cash or equity, and benefits.
- Base salary and overall compensation will be determined by several factors, including the candidate's qualifications and years of directly relevant experience.
