Requirements

- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, banking, wealth management, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations and strategic direction.
- Ability to effectively interpret, select appropriate techniques, take independent action, communicate and follow-through.
- Practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of accounting and the associated rules and regulations
- Knowledge of Wealth Management business drivers, including assets under management, fee-based revenue, trust and fiduciary services, investment services, and private banking operations.
- Expert proficiency level Microsoft Excel

- Education and/or Experience
- Experience supporting advisor-based businesses, fee-based revenue models, fiduciary services, trust operations, investment management, brokerage, or private banking businesses preferred.
- Skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, management, board of directors, other employees in the organization, and the general public.
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, financial model-building and interpretive statistics.
- Ability to successfully plan, develop, lead, and execute projects.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives.
Nice to have
- Development of various organic and inorganic growth strategies and associated financial proformas.
- Conducts complex analysis as it applies to Wealth Management business performance, profitability, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Provide financial expertise to assist Wealth Management leadership in the development and completion of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze key Wealth Management performance drivers, including assets under management, fee income, trust revenue, investment services revenue, private banking performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into various business projects and initiatives.
- Guide strategic investment, pricing, and growth decisions through scenario analysis and forward-looking financial insights.
- Establish the financial framework and performance measures used to evaluate and execute Wealth Management strategic priorities.
- Present reports, analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to executive management, Wealth Management leadership, and auditors.
Compensation
- Partner with Wealth Management leadership and Human Resources to design, evaluate, and monitor incentive compensation programs that align employee behaviors with strategic, growth, profitability, and risk-management objectives.
