Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze test results: collaborate across teams to ensure software quality and release readiness
- Work collaboratively with software developers, technical support, and other internal stakeholders to improve existing workflows
- Document software issues found during testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in the job offered, or one (1) year of experience in a related occupation
- Demonstrated experience in C++, DirectX, and 3D Algorithms
Skills
- Learn existing product technologies and troubleshoot production issues in current and past software platform versions
- Engage with Esri product management and user communities to synthesize user requirements and needs into product development objectives
- Identify user scenarios and best practice approaches for applying ArcGIS
- Enhance and contribute to internal and end-user documentation or tutorials by articulating software functionality
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
- $101,000 - $104,000 USD
