- The salary range for this role is $105K-130K a year.
- This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.
Responsibilities

- Completes regular quality audits of staff's work, records results, and collaborates with staff to bring work to or above standards.
- Performs training and assists with negotiation and settlement of claims.
Skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and direction.
- Ability to operate business technology.
- Proficient computer skills required to navigate our paperless claim file system.
- Possesses a high level of technical claim and legal knowledge and skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact at a high level with parties both internal and external to AmTrust.
- Easily adapts to changing situations requirements or priorities.
- The ability to effectively influence others.

- The salary range for this role is $105K-130K a year.

- Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values.
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education required.
- Valid California Claim Adjuster Certification with ongoing continuing education credits or ability to obtain such.
- Understanding of regulations, principles of coverage, liability, and insurance industry in general, with specific emphasis on workers' compensation.
- Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics.
