  • The APM will assist with project coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, and issue resolution to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an APM (Assistant Project Manager) to support the successful planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure's growing portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in large-scale infrastructure project delivery while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Support Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support procurement activities, including tracking contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Assist with document control, ensuring drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized
  • Support site activities as needed, including occasional travel to active project sites
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25% for company gatherings or to project sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with document control and project management software is a plus (Procore, P6)
  • Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus but not required
