Requirements
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- specialized culinary skills such as breakfast cook, oyster shucking, or similar expertise are an asset.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Bulk cooking experience needed
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and health code requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team-player mindset with strong leadership potential.
