In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of strategic and innovative payments projects.

Use your understanding of international payments and deposit systems to support key initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, resilient, and client-focused solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Risk (onshore and offshore). Communicate effectively to deliver robust and compliant payment processing solutions and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, actively challenging and removing obstacles, and taking steps to minimize their impact and ensure successful delivery.
Make sure the business is ready for change by coordinating user training, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure accountability across diverse teams.

Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, making sure they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
Firsthand experience with USD Clearing payment systems (Fedwire, SWIFT), and a solid grasp of international payments, deposit systems, and ISO 20022 standards.

Agile & Business Analysis Mindset: Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile experience
PMP or Agile Product Manager/Owner certifications are a plus.
