Responsibilities

  • We're evolving how we deliver People & Culture and building a stronger business partnering model to support our next chapter of growth.
  • Build & Scale the HRBP Function
  • Help design and establish a modern HRBP model at Isaac
  • Set the standard for what strong HRBP support looks like across the company
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure strategy translates into seamless execution
  • Over time, support development of more junior HRBP capability as the team grows
  • Drive clarity, consistency, and rigor in performance management
  • Drive proactive talent conversations
  • Support succession planning and leadership development
  • Support leaders in designing effective team structures aligned to business goals

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong business partnering exposure
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.

  • $100k-$999k
