This role will focus on front-end and full-stack development while partnering with architects and senior engineers to integrate and extend Pega-based solutions.

Develop and maintain full-stack application components using React and Java (Spring-based frameworks).
Build and enhance Pega Constellation UI components, including custom controls and reusable front-end elements.
Analyze and interpret Pega rules and configurations to support system integration and solution design.
Participate in system design discussions related to workflow orchestration and application modernization.
Support migration efforts from legacy systems to a modernized stack leveraging Pega, React, and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment across development, integration, and migration efforts.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving system performance and stability across environments.

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years' experience as a developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Sixteen (16) years' development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
