Requirements
- 2+ years successful sales experience or work in the Hearth Industry.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Ability to exhibit and incorporate our Core Values into daily decisions and interactions with others:
- Able to work weekends, with limited time off between Labor Day and New Years.
- Driven, energetic sales professional with strong commitment to customers.
- Sense of interior design (preferred).
- Experience within the residential construction industry, building materials, appliance installation or retail is highly desired
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Applicant must possess excellent project management and customer service skills.

- Ensure all calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
- Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
- Customer Site visits for pre-inspections
- Receiving and processing Fireplace Orders
