About the role
- This role will play a key part in driving forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP/SIOP processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning.

- Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts for lower extremity product lines
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain planning roles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience working with forecasting tools or ERP systems
- Experience with Kinaxis ( RapidResponse /Maestro) or similar advanced planning systems
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing)
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable data querying tools
