About the role

  • This role executes complex and repetitive manufacturing processes in accordance with established SOPs, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production timelines.
  • include the manufacturing of conjugated antibodies that meet high quality specifications, maintaining detailed production records, supporting product processing activities such as aliquoting and labeling, and assisting with inventory management.
  • This position requires someone that is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • The role partners with Technical Services to support customer inquiries and contribute to product line development initiatives.
  • Perform antibody conjugation processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet production timelines and quality standards.
  • Accurately document production activities and data within designated systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Support product processing operations, including retrieval, aliquoting, capping, and labeling of materials.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services by providing scientific input and conducting additional testing to address customer inquiries and product-related issues.
  • Assist with inventory management and general laboratory organization to support efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 5-50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity required for laboratory equipment and fine measurement techniques.
  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a lab setting in leu of a degree.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Attention to details and an ability to perform at a high-level accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Work performed in a laboratory and production environment with exposure to chemicals, reagents, and standard lab equipment.

  • Knowledge of general lab techniques.
  • Ability to handle repetitive complex tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner.

Compensation

  • $40,300.00 - $66,250.00 Position Summary:
