About the role

- Experience in representing both issuers and underwriters would be beneficial.
- Other experience, in particular working with foreign private issuers and/or working on SPAC and "deSPAC" transactions would also be helpful.
Compensation
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- $260,000 - $365,000
