About the role

Responsibilities
- As CEO & Co-Founder, you will partner with the existing founder who has been developing the technology as a Marble Founder-in-Residence.
- You'll own the commercial roadmap, capital strategy, partner and customer engagement, and overall company direction.
- You'll partner with the CTO & Co-Founder, a former Lead Technology Development Engineer at Carbon Engineering (DAC) and mechanical engineer from MIT with early-stage startup experience.
- Full-stack support from Marble's existing investors and network
- Seed fundraising support: Introductions to the best seed investors and help with term sheet negotiation
- Relocation support to target geographies: Vancouver / Squamish, BC, Canada

Requirements
- Commercial experience in a relevant sector (e.g., metals, mining, cement, lime, minerals, oil & gas, or related industrial processes), such as business development, strategic partnerships, or project development
- Experience raising capital from venture, strategic, and non-dilutive sources
