Outcomes You'll Deliver:
You set the stage with such precision that your team can step in and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience every time.
You'll track the pulse of your service through feedback and data, helping demonstrate that our hospitality-first approach delivers measurable impact.

Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
Customer & Community Focus: You have a natural ability to "read the room" and anticipate needs before they are voiced.
Seamless Operational Execution: You are a master of the details.
You know how to assess what is realistically possible, ensuring projects align with your team's actual budget, logistics, and capacity, while still going above and beyond to wow your members.
Typical shifts include 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, but schedule flexibility is required.

$90,000 - $95,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance.

Strategic Programming: Own the vision and heartbeat of your building's wellness services.
You'll design an intentional mix of fitness classes, wellness programs, and activations that spark vitality and strengthen the connective tissue of the community.
Service Blueprinting: Act as the architect for our wellness services, defining the goals, logistics, and "run-of-show" frameworks.
Measurable Operational Impact: Manage assigned resources and budgets with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Leadership & Prioritization Provide the wellness "north star" for your team.
