Responsibilities
- Living Room A home away from home where creatives celebrate music, art, design and culture.
- Monitor the dining room to manage seating and guest flow effectively.
- Build relationships with members and guests, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service.

- Service Support: Assist the Food and Beverage team as needed, providing support to ensure service standards are met and exceeded.
- Positive Atmosphere: Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and upbeat environment for both guests and colleagues.

- Accurately manage reservations, seating guests efficiently while maximizing table occupancy.
- Coordinate with the service team to manage seating and guest flow.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests, providing personalized service.
Requirements
- This may include helping with setup, clearing tables, or other tasks as required.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer skills.
