About the role
- Our Talent & Culture team is seeking a driven, curious, and highly proactive Advisor, Talent Acquisition to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across key technology and business functions worldwide.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey to onboarding.
- Contribute to o perational responsibilities as part of a collaborative, high-performing Talent & Culture team where everyone contributes to shared success.

- Develop and implement innovative, institutional, and data-driven recruiting strategies to attract and engage a diverse and global pool of high-quality candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, niche communities, and employee referrals.
- Manage the entire cycle of the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, candidate selection, planning and conducting screening interviews, coordinating assessments and tests, reference checks, writing offer letters, monitoring background verifications, perform o rientation presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations, CRHA member is an asset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (experience with Workday is an asset), and LinkedIn recruiter.
- Experience or strong interest in global/international recruitment efforts.
- Experience or interest in contributing to broader Talent & Culture responsibilities beyond recruitment.
- Well-o rganized and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Brings a forward-looking mindset, embracing change and leveraging emerging tools, such as AI, to drive better outcome s.
Nice to have
- 5-7 years of r elevant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a corporate, technological or financial services environment.
- Experience in technology recruitment is highly preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English given the international nature of the work.
- High level of p rofessionalism and e xcellent interpersonal skills.
