About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
- You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
- Leading full lifecycle delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, including sales and customer service process design and optimization.
Requirements
- You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.
- You have interest in participating in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
- You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
- Demonstrated experience with:
Nice to have
- Architecting scalable, enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong experience with CE customizations using entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate.
- Designing and delivering integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using Microsoft Dataverse, APIs, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, or middleware platforms.
- Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance CE capabilities.
- Ensuring security, compliance, and data governance across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
- E valuat ing, summariz ing, organiz ing, and interpret ing data.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
Skills
- Defining and enforcing solution architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across CE implementations.

- Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
